| Description: | This equipment can be used for hydrolysis, neutralization, crystallization, distillation and evaporation in many fields such as pharmacy, chemistry, foodstuff, light industry, etc. The reactor is generally made of SUS304, SUS316L stainless steel. There are three types of mixer like anchor type, frame type and blade type. It adopts cycloid pinwheel type decelerator and variable-speed type decelerator as its agitation system. Several heating modes are available to be chosen, such as steam heating, electric heating and heating by heat conductive oil in order to meet different technological requirements under different working environments where acid and alkaline resistance, high temperature resistance, anti-abrasion or anti-corrosion is required respectively.
